Hi, Iām CORTNEY.
Over a decade ago, I set out on my own wellness journey. For most of my life, I battled eating disorders, low self-esteem, chronic illness, bouts of depression, anxiety, digestive issues and more. When I finally hit one of the lowest points in my life, I decided once and for all it was time to take control of my own health and well-being.
I completely overhauled lifestyle. By shifting my focus to properly fueling my body, releasing stress in constructive ways and nourishing my soul, I'm proud to say I'm in better health today at 41, than I was through my teens, 20's & 30's. I became a certified yoga instructor and health coach to help others embark upon their own wellness journeys, so they too could be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves.
